Maria and Chuck did a wonderful job. We purchased the fireplace insert after viewing the models that they carry in their Herndon Virginia showroom. Maria explained all the features and options of the units that they carry. I had concerns about the install process and getting the right size of fireplace insert. So Chuck arranged to meet me at my home to measure and discuss options for the installation. I felt comfortable with the process so I proceeded to purchase the fireplace insert. We opted for a custom faceplate for the insert that fits the fireplace opening exactly. After a few weeks everything arrived and Maria arranged for a date for installation. “Job went smoothly. Installation was done within 4 days from order placement. Sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable and spent the time needed to answer questions and explain options. Installer took away an old log set, installed and tested the new set, and spent time going over the care and use of the set. He arrived on the appointed day but an hour or so outside the window originally provided. He did call after he finished the previous job to say he was on the way. I didn’t do comparison shopping for the log set since I had the installer/service person out a couple times before over about 6 years to make repairs to my old log set and knew he did quality work at a reasonable price. I suspect one could get a cheaper log set on sale someplace but I trust this vendor for selling a high quality unit at a fair price.”
