Aspen Green Gasworks is a family-owned business founded in 2007 when we opened a small appointment-only showroom in Herndon to provide equipment for our gas contracting customers who contacted us for installation. After five years, we moved to a much larger retail showroom at 307 Spring Street in Herndon which we built out with an extensive offering of Regency’s direct vent gas fireplaces and gas inserts, wood inserts and outdoor fireplaces as well as other top manufacturers of gas logs, firepits and outdoor heating products. Both our adult children are now involved in our businesses with our son doing fireplace service work for our customers and our daughter supporting Maria with running Aspen Green.
Bison Plumbing & Gasworks is our gas contracting company which was created in 1997 to provide Northern Virigina with the highest level of quality workmanship and service for plumbing and gas installation and repairs. We provide fireplace service for our existing customers and new customers who have equipment who we can access the parts needed for their repair work. We run gas lines to all types for gas appliances such as pool heaters, gas ranges and cooktops, gas dryers and water heaters. We replace gas traditional gas water heater and tankless gas water heaters which produce on demand hot water without paying to heat an existing tank full for 24 hours a day. We pull permits for our work and complete the inspection process for our customers. All the fireplace installations are done by our own crew through Bison Plumbing & Gas as well as the permitting and inspections on our work since we are licensed gas contractors.

Birth of Aspen Green Gasworks
Since Bison Plumbing & Gasworks specialized in fireplace installations the opening of Aspen Green Gasworks was a natural progression for us in order to provide equipment to our existing customers as well as new customers who needed fireplace equipment and asked where to buy it.
